Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our greatest concern and we strive to make your shopping experience with us as pleasant and efficient as possible. Except were listed below all returns should be made within 15 days. If you have any questions regarding your order or any of our products, please contact us using our customer comment form.

Before returning a product to us you need to be aware of a few conditions.

Items Defective or Damaged in Shipment:
Items found to be defective or damaged in shipment must be returned within 5 days of receipt and a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. With defective items please include a note detailing the problem or reason for return. Defective products returned without a note could result in a longer processing time.

Non-defective Items:
Return of non-defective items will incur a 25% restocking fee. You will have the added choice of in house credit or reship product back to you. And you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Condition of Items for Return:
Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in resalable condition as it was received. Please include every piece received when returning your purchase. Any missing material will result in an incomplete return and no refund or credit will be issued.

Videos can only be returned for replacement if defective. NO Refunds for unwanted videos.

Pepper spray cannot be returned if used.

Undeliverable Package:
If you did not give your full or correct address when placing your order and the package is returned to us, you will be charged $9.95 for shipping and handling to send the package back to you.

Return Shipping Method:
When returning the product(s), Stunning Defense Enterprises requires that the customer use a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, also insuring the package for the full value of the product(s). Using these methods will ensure safe delivery to Stunning Defense Enterprises. It is NOT recommended to ship the package via regular US Mail. Please notify Stunning Defense Enterprises with the tracking number or delivery confirmation number once the package has shipped.

Return Processing:
Allow 7-10 days for processing returns. Credit processing will be initiated after Stunning Defense Enterprises has received and examined the returned merchandise.

Cancellations:
Orders that are cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a $9.95 processing fee.

Note about Warranty:
Warranty will be voided and returns will not be honored if a product has been abused or tampered with. This includes, but is not limited to, taking a product apart to attempt to fix it. All returns will be inspected by our warehouse returns staff and Credits and/or Replacements will be issued after the return is processed and at the discretion of Stunning Defense Enterprises.

Two Easy Steps for Returning an Item to Stunning Defense Enterprises:

Before you return your purchase to Stunning Defense Enterprises please complete these two simple steps to ensure the process can be completed successfully.

First: Send an email to Stunning Defense Enterprises and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Provide your name, order number, order date, item number, daytime telephone number, and reason for return.

Second: Please securely package your return with the RMA# clearly visible on the outside of the shipping carton. This is how we definitively identify valid returns from our customers. This is necessary because any packages we receive that we cannot identify are refused and returned to the sender. And we do not want our good customers to get caught up in this inconvenience.

Very Important: Without an RMA# from Stunning Defense Enterprises clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton your return can not be identified when received at our warehouse. All unidentified packages are refused and the shipper will return the package to the sender.
